airprp.com Host Charges Policy:

Currently, airprp operates on a platform where neither the customer nor the host is charged any fees. We believe in fostering a mutually beneficial environment where both parties can benefit without any additional costs. However 10% will be deducted from host as an operational cost. 

Our primary focus is on providing a reliable platform for the local community, allowing transactions to be conducted in local currency (PKR) without being affected by fluctuations in the dollar exchange rate. This ensures transparency and convenience for both hosts and guests.

Furthermore, we prioritize ensuring that hosts receive fair compensation for their space, without any deductions or fees from their earnings.

While we currently do not impose any charges on hosts, it's important to note that our policies may evolve in the future. As we continue to enhance our services and offerings, there may be instances where we introduce fees or charges for specific services.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

At present, there are no hidden charges associated with your booking. The price you see during the booking process is the total amount you'll pay, inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees.

Cancellation Policy:

Full Refund for Cancellations Made 48 Hours Prior to Check-In:

• Guests who cancel their booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time will receive a 90% refund of the booking amount.

Partial Refund for Cancellations Made 24 Hours Prior to Check-In:

• If a cancellation is made between 48 hours and 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time, guests will be charged a cancellation fee of 40% of the booking amount, and the remaining 60% will be refunded.

No Refund for Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Check-In:

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time or no show will not be eligible for any refund, and the full booking amount will be charged.

Refund Processing Time:

• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 1-2 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

Exceptions:

• In cases of extenuating circumstances or emergencies, such as natural disasters or medical emergencies, guests may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the cancellation timing. Documentation may be required to support such requests.

Please note that this cancellation policy applies to standard bookings. Special promotions or discounted rates may have different cancellation terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
