Introduction:

Respected customer, Airprp.com serves as a mediator platform connecting property owners and tenants seeking accommodations. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

Booking Process:

• By making a booking through Airprp.com, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
• Bookings are considered confirmed upon receipt of payment and are subject to availability.

Payment:

• Payment in full is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified.
• We accept payment via debit/credit card, bank transfer, Easy Paisa, and Jazz Cash.
• All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund after deduction of transaction charges.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the arrival date will incur a 40% cancellation fee.
• No-shows or early departures will be charged the full amount of the booking.

Check-In and Check-Out:

• Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is by 12:00 AM.
• Late check-out may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

Guest Responsibilities:

• Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
• Smoking in the room is only permitted with the host's permission.
• Pets are not allowed unless prior permission/arrangements have been made.

Liability:

• Airprp.com is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests' belongings or persons during their stay.
• Guests are responsible for their own safety and security while on the property.

Changes to Bookings:

• Changes to bookings may be made subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Force Majeure:

• Airprp.com is not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.

Privacy Policy:

• We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for the purpose of processing your booking and providing you with our services.

Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If no resolution can be reached, the matter may be referred to arbitration or mediation.

Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Updates to Terms and Conditions:

• We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
